Every bait is hand-carved and made to order. Here's how orders, payment, and the rare defect are handled.
All Springull Lure Co. products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is built individually by hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or fishing results.
The one exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at springullscustomorders@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
Because items are made to order, orders may be cancelled only before building begins. Cancellations are refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing fee. Once construction has started, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
